Pinnacle International is a leading real estate firm based in Vancouver, Canada with offices in San Diego, and Toronto. This diverse company is vertically integrated with in-house departments responsible for execution of the company’s activities including property development, construction and management as well as leasing, sales and marketing.
We are seeking a Resident Services Manager to assist resident retention, balancing ledgers, reporting, processing move-outs as well as resident file administration.
This is an ideal situation for the Resident Services Manager who wants to be a part of fast pace environment and wishes to take their career to the next level. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to manage and inspire personnel and is very organized.
Job Description:
- assist management with residential inquiries
- Lead, train and inspire all on-site Personnel
- assist in preparation of reports
- assist to achieve all Financial and Operational goals set out
Summary of Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3 years experience in Residential Property Management in a multi-family community
- Ability to use industry standard software with preference for Realpage
- Post-Secondary qualifications in related field, or comparable experience
- Weekends required
